Romania - Factors to watch on Sept. 22

DEBT TENDER

Romania sold a planned 500 million lei ($129.58 million) worth of Oct. 2020 treasury bonds on Thursday, with the average accepted yield at 1.91 percent, central bank data showed.

CEE MARKETS

Hungarian government debt yields fell to new record lows and the forint led Central European currencies lower on Thursday after the Federal Reserve signalled balance-sheet tightening and one more rate hike in 2017.

HARVEST

Romania's cereal production will rise by 1.5 percent this year to more than 20 million tonnes, mainly supported by a rise in maize output, a Coceral forecast showed. Ziarul Financiar
