The President of the Republic, Dina Boluarte, and her French counterpart, Emmanuel Macron, held an important telephone conversation to strengthen the historical ties between both countries.

The information was shared by the Presidential Office on social media.

On the X platform, the conversation was described as "a high-level dialogue in favor of cooperation and bilateral understanding."

Peru and France currently maintain a strong bilateral relationship and broad cooperation.
