Some of the best cyclists in the world are currently in Southwestern, New Mexico. The 38th tour of the Gila started today in Silver City and has five different stages taking place over the next five days. The race is known for its challenging roots, similar to European races like the Tour De France. The Tour of the Gila provides both competitive pro bicyclists and amateur athletes with an iconic challenge.
