Inter Milan starting lineup against PSG in the Champions League final
Inter Milan take on PSG in the final of the Champions League 2025 in Munich, with kick off at 3pm ET.

For Inter, the final has already begun. The Nerazzurri extended their pre-match training camp by an extra day, spending Thursday night at their Appiano Gentile training ground before departing for Germany on Friday morning—just over 24 hours before one of the biggest matches in club history. Simone Inzaghi faced the press at 4:45 p.m., and the team’s final training session was at 5:30 p.m.
The Italian manager is set to roll out his strongest lineup—one he’s rarely been able to field this season due to injuries and squad rotation. Now, with everyone fit, there are no doubts: Inter will go with their best.

Both Pavard and Lautaro Martínez are back from injury, and seven players who started the final against Manchester City two years ago—Acerbi, Bastoni, Dumfries, Barella, Calhanoglu, Dimarco, and Lautaro—will be in the XI again. Lautaro, speaking to TNT Sports UK, opened up about his injury issues during the semifinal against Barcelona: “After the second leg, I was wrecked. My leg hurt so much—the muscle had completely relaxed, and I was in incredible pain. I couldn’t lift my leg for two days. But what mattered was qualifying.” According to sources in Milan, he’s now back to full fitness.
Sommer, Pavard, Mkhitaryan, and Thuram round out the lineup for the Nerazzurri—though what comes after Saturday remains a mystery.
Simone Inzaghi has yet to decide whether to stay or accept a lucrative offer from Al Hilal. Club president Giuseppe Marotta reportedly sounded out Allegri as a possible replacement, though the former Juve coach now appears close to joining Milan. For now, that drama takes a backseat. After falling short in the Coppa Italia semifinal against Milan and losing the Scudetto to Napoli, Inter have one last shot—against Luis Enrique’s PSG—to salvage their season with European glory.
