The risk for strong to severe storms returns to The Natural State late this week and into the weekend.

First, on Friday, much of the risk will be to our north and west. However, NW and western Arkansas are included in this low-risk area.

Severe risk Friday

Saturday’s risk area looks very similar to Friday’s. Most of the risk area will be to our north and west. However, northwest Arkansas is once again included in a low risk for severe weather.

Severe risk Saturday

Sunday’s severe weather risk looks to be more widespread across the state, with the risk area covering almost all of Arkansas.

Severe risk Sunday

While these storm chances are still several days out, it does look like all modes of severe weather will be possible, especially on Sunday since our risk is more widespread.
