Swyft Filings Appoints Jeff Mosler as Chief Executive Officer

Swyft Filings (“Swyft”), a leading provider of document filing and compliance services for small and mid-sized businesses (“SMB”), today announced the appointment of Jeff Mosler as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Mosler succeeds Charles Lubbat, CEO and Co-Founder of Swyft, who will remain on the company’s Board.

Mr. Mosler joins Swyft following the company’s strong first quarter performance. He is a seasoned tech-enabled services executive that possesses a proven track record of serving the SMB community, having successfully executed on a broad array of organic and inorganic growth strategies. At Swyft, Mr. Mosler will be squarely focused on accelerating the company’s growth, expanding the suite of solutions it offers to SMBs and strategically scaling its footprint amongst key stakeholder groups.

Prior to joining Swyft, Mr. Mosler served as the Chief Executive Officer of EverService, a global provider of tech-enabled business solutions to SMBs. During his tenure, the business nearly tripled revenue and he led, completed and integrated seven acquisitions. Before EverService, Mr. Mosler was the Chief Operating Officer of Main Street Hub, a social media marketing platform, where he contributed to a successful exit to GoDaddy. Prior to this, Mr. Mosler served as the Chief Services Officer for HomeAway, a vacation rental marketplace, where he contributed to an initial public offering (IPO), over 10 global acquisitions and integrations, and then culminating in a successful exit to Expedia. Earlier in his career, Mr. Mosler held global leadership positions at Amazon and Microsoft.
